During her college studies, she was interested in acting and modeling. In the year 2013, she was awarded the Ponds Femina Miss India. After that in 2013, she won Femina Miss India South as the second runner-up.
In 2013, she represented her country in Miss Earth 2013, for which she was awarded Miss Photogenic, Miss Earth Eco-Beauty, and Miss Ever Bilena. After winning a zonal contest of Femina Miss India, Dhulipala got an auto-entry in the top 23 of Femina Miss India’s 50th year.
